Denison Landscaping recognized as a top 50 green industry landscape company in the U.S. We are a large Family owned company based in Ft Washington MD started in 1973. We specialize in all aspects of the green industry including Commercial installation, Enhancements, Homebuilding, Irrigation, maintenance, and Residential Design Build.
We currently have a full time position available for an Account Manager/ Business Developer who would be responsible for Commercial landscape maintenance accounts. Applicant must be a strong multitasker, and possess a strong work ethic with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Account Manager/Business Developer responsibilities to include:
· Business development-Soliciting new work through commercial, Residential and Home owner associations
· Manage current work portfolio-growing/developing new work with existing landscape and maintenance customers
· Enhancement Sales- up selling of all Denison services to current customers to add value to their properties while increasing job scope
· Relationship Management- Develop, maintain and, grow Denison’s relationships throughout the community to all current and new clients
Job Responsibilities:
· College degree in a horticultural field or 5 plus years of solid work experience
· Strong work ethic and oral and written communication skills
· Ability to multitask and handle all customers issues in a fast paced environment
